The 2011 Vidal Sparkling is a 90 case production of methode champenoise sparkling wine using 100% Vidal blanc fruit harvested from the lower Eastern Shore’s Noble Farm Vineyard in Eden, MD.

The 2011 Spenverville Red Hard Apple is a 400 case production of bottle fermented cider using a blend of late season apples that mostly included the local apple variety Spencerville Red.  Spencerville Red apples were developed and are grown by Heyser Farms of Colesville, MD – Montgomery County.
